We have been spending a lot of time in Florida due to the teacher shortages there and as I write this I am sitting at the Orlando airport. It appears that Orange County is still short 300 teachers for the school year!
Orange County is growing at 5,000 new students a year while Florida programs are not producing enough teachers.
Looks like there is significant need for our Florida Teachers of Tomorrow program. More to come on that next week!
