How Long Does an Alternative Teaching Certificate Take to Complete in Alabama?

In Alabama, it can take up to three years to complete an alternative teaching certificate. Due to the self-paced and supportive nature of Teachers of Tomorrow, certification can happen in as little as 12 months. You must also teach for at least one academic year on a Conditional Certificate in a Teaching Field (CCTF).
