I’ve had great experiences with ToT as well as poor experiences. Some advisors share different information or inaccurate information than others which has brought a lot of stress in the process. However, working with the advisor Kei-Kei or KeihAndre has been such a blessing. She has answered so many of my questions and calmed my worries from the misinformation provided by previous advisors. I’m definitely going to ask for her whenever I need accurate information regarding the certification process.

Kei-Kei was the best! She was super helpful. Usually whenever I call, it’s a waiting game. I don’t get any help. It’s pretty much dreadful. However, Kei-Kei was the best! Very helpful 😀

Kei-Kei was awesome! She took time to provide information and walk me through what I needed to do in order to proceed with the program! Excellent customer service!

Monica Smith was very attentive and was supporting all of my needs. I had many questions as I am beginning the enrollment process. She was patient and very informative.
