Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do we begin the process of becoming a partner?
A: To begin the process of becoming a partner please contact your Client Success Manager. We will set up a time to connect to determine your individualized needs and develop a comprehensive plan for your district/school.
Q: What does it mean to become a partner?
A: Becoming a partner is reserved for districts looking to make an investment in candidates. This could be sponsoring program fees, purchasing test preparation materials, purchasing professional development solutions, additional coaching visits for increased recruitment and retention, etc. Becoming a partner also comes with a large marketing effort to ensure we’re recruiting the right candidates to fit your individualized needs.
Q: If I sponsor candidates through Teachers of Tomorrow, does this mean all candidates or only selected candidates?
A: If you choose to sponsor a candidate through Teachers of Tomorrow you will have the ability to select who is sponsored. Candidates are chosen at the discretion of the district based on campus assignment, certification area, etc. Some candidates could pay their own program fees while working in your district, while others are being sponsored by the district. It is completely up to you who is selected to receive that sponsorship, as your recruiting methods would not need to change.
