Cover Letters might seem like a formality, but they\u2019re actually a sure way to make a lasting first impression! If you choose to send only a resume with your application, it may seem as though you\u2019re not serious about the position. Job recruiters claim that 45% of resumes<\/a> get tossed because they were not sent with a Cover Letter.<\/strong>\u00a0You don\u2019t want to be a part of nearly half of the applicants who get rejected simply because you didn\u2019t attach a Cover Letter. A Cover Letter should be seen as an opportunity to impress your future employer, not as an intimidating step in the application process. To help you create the best Cover Letter, we\u2019ve listed some guidelines to follow.
